I just visited the page at
http://www.debian.org/~elphick/ddp/docpolicy.html

The page mentions that the debian policy can be found at
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/doc/manuals/ in various formats.
The "manuals" directory does however not seem to exist anymore.

Just thought you would like to know.
