A *very* good point.  Hmm.  I don't know.  Someone should find out,
and/or submit a proposal that someone package these to the WNPP
maintainers.  I don't think the manuals have a problem, but it varies
case by case...

Here's the license from the sysadmin guide.  Looks DFSG-free to me:

Permission is granted to make and distribute verbatim copies of this
manual provided the copyright notice and this permission notice are
