FWIW, for both this document and the debian-books one, since
debiandoc-sgml doesn't have specific DTD modeling for these items, I
suggest you keep your data in a separate data format. This will
isolate you from the actual SGML tagging. Then it's pretty trivial to
mogrify the data file (XML, tab sep, whatever) into debiandoc SGML,
and include it as a SYSTEM entity into the document proper (a shell
containing the title, the copyright, and other stuff).
