Ah. Ok, va.debian.org is running debiandoc-sgml 1.1.7.  That's a bad
version to run; a lot of auto-generation of debiandoc-sgml occurs on
that machine (i.e., for the DDP).  As such, we need a working
debiandoc-sgml version there.

I'd be happy either with using the latest slink version (1.1.6) or
1.1.10 (the potato version).  I hope 'debian-admin' can fix this
situation for us.
