Hi,

I just uploaded version 1.1.10 of DebianDoc-SGML.  This version now
really fixes the bug found by Ivan (the solution in version 1.1.9
contained a hole).  I simply reimplemented handling <url> and related
tags using the URI::URL module, which simplified things quite a lot.
As a bonus, fragments are also handled correctly.
