In the SGML file, we have '©'. So this error is, I suppose, that
the mapping to HTML is being over-enthusiastic? I think that this is
a bug in some package, but which one? and when did it get introduced?
It may be a bug on my machine only, rather than va, but connection at
this time of night is very slow. I'll have a go on va in the morning.
