Thanks Samuel and Bas for the information!

Regarding the ports, I see that reportbug CCs the porter lists.  Is that
something you rely on, or would you prefer not being CCed to avoid getting
hundreds of emails?  And apart from reportbug's source code, is there a place
where one can find the BTS User/usertags pairs for each port?
