Indeed, it's difficult to believe that organizations like us need to
have such kind of "speedy procedures to remove things" in place when
some of those disputes (e.g. the SCO case mentioned by Adrian) took 18
years to be resolved.

I'd like to believe that a mere "claim" should not be enough for us to
remove something in 48h or whatever short period of time. There must
be something of substance. Otherwise we would be at the mercy of
copyright trolls like SCO.
