I don't think I should download and scan one million web pages to
find which ones are affected by this spammer. Some Debian admin
can probably do better with some logs.

I used that in the past, hoping that spam would be removed,
but IIRC, nothing was done.

Here, the goal is essentially to reopen the wrongly closed bugs.
