Hi Vincent, Vincent Lefevre, on 2025-08-08: > 3 of my bugs got closed by a spammer (leonor.hugot@franceagrimer.fr). > I've reopened them. > > But she actually closed many other bugs, at least for packages of > libreoffice source. Yes, from time to time, spammers harvest -done debbugs email addresses and this interferes with the proper operation of the bug tracker; I agree this is mighty annoying. At the end of each bug entry, there is a paragraph: >> Send a report that this bug log contains spam[1]. allowing reporting through the web interface. I guess it is also possible to just use the link [1] and replace the NNNNNNN by the actual bug number for a shortcut. I don't know what further processing goes after that, but I thought I would advertise this, as I believe it is a well hidden functionality.
