amazon-ec2-net-utils provides udev integration and helper utilities to manage
network configuration in the Amazon EC2 cloud environment.  It is responsible
for configuring systemd-networkd with appropriate configuration for DHCPv4 and
DHCPv6 as appropriate to the network environment in which an EC2 instance is
running.  It supports policy routing configuration to ensure compliance with
Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) network anti-spoofing restrictions.  IP aliasing
and prefix delegation are also supported.

I'm the upstream author and will maintain this package within the Debian cloud
team.
