Just took a look at fedora, arch, and ungoogle-chromium debian packaging. They're all setting is_official_build=true, which completely disables those DCHECKs. We should probably set it like that as well, although the dcheck_is_configurable=true thing that I added to the skip-a11y-checks branch should at least allow the DCHECKs to not be fatal - so there's no need to restart your build.
