That's not entirely true. bullseye base, plus experimental:
kibi@tokyo:~$ sudo apt install -s crust-firmware

The following NEW packages will be installed:
crust-firmware
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Inst crust-firmware (0.4-1 Debian:experimental [all])
Conf crust-firmware (0.4-1 Debian:experimental [all])
so you can still pull things from experimental “accidentally” if you're
not careful about the packages you request.
