Wgrib2 is a swiss army knife for grib2 files. You can use it inventory or
extract data. You can do basic database operations and other nifty things.
 

wgrib2 will be used in the School of GeoSciences, Uni of Edinburgh. I
am happy to maintain this package as part of my job. I do hope to get
some help from the Science team. I will need a sponsor.
