Tools for Cinnamon Developers

cinnamon-dev-tools is a fork of mint-dev-tools to be used for as many
different distributions as possible, by removing anything Mint and
non-Cinnamon related.

The goal of this-is this packaging is for Debian-but eventually the package
will be able to build Cinnamon DE packages and have cross-distro compatability.

Currently this so far adds tracking Cinnamon statistics, checking translations,
and generating gobjects.

I will maintain this by myself and hopefully adopt it into cinnamon-team.
