Wyhash is a general-purpose non-cryptographic hash function. It produces
high-quality output that passes the SMHasher test suite and is portable
to 32- and 64-bit big- and little-endian platforms. Wyhash is small and
quite fast, especially on 64-bit platforms.

Wyhash is a header-only library, so there will only be a -dev package.

There are some tags in the Wyhash Git repository, but none seems to
correspond to what we would normally think of as a release; they seem
more to indicate fundamental algorithm revisions. I’ll package and
maintain this as a series of Git snapshots.
