bepasty is like a pastebin for all kind of files (text, image, audio, video,
 documents, ..., binary).

AFAIK there is no other pastebin server inside debian, and this looks
simple enough to be reasonably mainteinable as a package.

I plan to maintain this inside the python-apps team
