Description : Add partman support for ChromeOS kernel partitions

This package provides a 'cros' partition method for partman. The
firmware and bootloader used on ChromeOS systems require a special
ChromeOS kernel partition created by this method.

Creating partitions of this ChromeOS kernel type is one part of what's
necessary for Debian installer to install a successfully bootable system
on ChromeOS machines. This package is essentially a partman-prep fork
for this partition type.

It's probably already possible to create these partitions manually using
e.g. parted-udeb and fdisk-udeb. But, this package does some checks to
ensure the partition is in the right disk and offers a warning if the
partition is not created (when that could lead to an unbootable system).

It makes most sense to maintain this package under the installer team if
they accept. I need a sponsor and will file an RFS soon.
