Right. Talking about "GPLv2" and "GPLv3" is often ambiguous as it can 
mean either "GPLv2-only" or "GPLv2-or-newer" depending on context.

Recommended way to avoid confusing discussions due to that ambiguity is 
to always include "-only" or "-or-newer".
