Description : A graphical program for changing the scaling frequency
limits of the cpu

cpupower-gui is a graphical program that is used to change the scaling
frequency limits of the cpu.
This program is designed to allow you to change the frequency limits (i.e.
frequency policy) of
your cpu and its governor (i.e. ondemand, performance).
The application is similar in functionality to cpupower (frequency-set).

The application is written in Python3 and the user interface uses GTK3.
It is also depended on systemd, dbus, and policykit for priviledge escalation
(no sudo required).
The package is built using autotools.

I intend to maintain the debian package.
There is already a debian package repo available at launchpad [1].
A sponsor is needed, so a RFS bug will be submitted soon.
