Who is "us"? If they are Debian {Developer, Maintainer, Contributor},
why they ever want to use PPA and its alternatives?

And I don't think OBS is much different from PPA, except one supports
build against Debian archive, another just Ubuntu.

PS, OBS here refers to the free service, not the OBS software.
