I've update the BIOS, amd64-microcode is the latest version.

I've tried:
- set AMD64UCODE_INITRAMFS= early in /etc/default/amd64-microcode
- update-initramfs -u
- reboot
This did not change the microcode version.
libuv1 build still fail with this IPv6 test.
