Hear, hear. Which then means contortions like this:

ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="net", KERNEL=="wlp*", RUN+="/bin/bash -c
'echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/%k/accept_dad'"

I suppose it'd be useful to have a generalized solution to this. :/
