Please note that the packages are not necessarily buggy.
Everything depends on the resolution of Bug#818787. If the HAVE_DOT
default is changed to "no" in doxygen (the upstream default, and what
I would like to happen to avoid a mass bug filing), many packages which
currently call "dot" during the build will probably stop doing so.
