I completely disagree, "python-graphviz" is the appropriate name for
the source package.

It would produce a python3-graphviz binary package for the Python 3
build and a python-graphivz-doc for the documentation package.

There are different Python packages for graphviz [1]. Diane already had
a look at it I believe.
