Fixed Table Header is fixing header row of table without div overflow.
It is fix header row of table when scroll down the page.

Note: This is a small package, almost too small to justify a package,
just one file of 68 lines. OTOH, it has a useful purpose, it works,
and I'm not aware of an existing Debian package doing the same job.
I will package it under the JS teams umbrella.
