Bug#776005: general: After finished the installation, I rebooted and the initialization has been stopped

Dear Maintainer,
The initialization is stoped and the system does not do anything. I have to do
a hard reboot, and select the emergency bootup.
¿How can I send you more characterist about the motherboard?
It is a Shuttle SK21G, I send you the same error for Debian 7, some years ago.
