That is covered in the DebianCD FAQ - there are list.gz files which
provide this information.

More likely you are interested in specific packages, at which point use
https://tracker.debian.org/ to see the version available in stable and
other suites.

However, as Paul mentions, what actually gets installed is dependent on
what options you choose in the installer.
