new virtual package wolf3d-data

Hi,

I noticed that the virtual package wolf3d-data had never been added to the
authoritative list; and I would like to fix this.

It has been a de-factor virtual package since 2011:

I propose this wording:

wolf3d-data      The data component of a Wolfenstein 3D game.
