FYI, libblas3, libopenblas-base, libatlas3-base all provides virtual
package libblas.so.3 .
They are all co-installable, and you can easily interchange these
different implementation
from user side.
If libressl is supposed to be the binary compatible replacement for openssl,
the experience of these BLAS libraries might be helpful.
