any means "any OS", not "any arches for this hardware"

I got confused with `wine` package which was built on x32

Because any-amd64 matches x32. (I kid you not.)

and powerpcspe,

Because any-powerpc matches powerpc.

I guess those were forced by the uploaders.

I don't think so.
