Really? Uninstalling Pulseaudio gives you a graphical interface for moving streams of audio between devices? Uninstalling Pulseaudio gives you software mixing of audio streams? Uninstalling Pulseaudio gives you the ability to stream your audio across the network? Well, yes, if you've done the work to set all that up externally to Pulseaudio, then of course you don't need Pulseaudio(!)
