Hi Colin and Joey,

Following up what Colin wrote, I opened #729248. Then Joey closed the
same day, writing:

Well, I'm trying to fix the OpenRC problem, not Upstart. And I'm really
confused, not knowing what's the way forward here... :(

Any advice here?
