Strictly, no, but there was a surprising amount of resistance to adding
some boilerplate to that script to something sane when MOUNTPOINT was
undefined.
Of course that resistance was from the former maintainer who is no
longer involved in Upstart development, and so this should not be used
as a "con" point against Upstart nowadays.
