Hi, Not sure who/where I should send this, or how I can update the policy manual myself, but this document: http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-customized-programs.html#s-web-appl still references /doc as being accessible (point 3 of chapter 11.5), even though this feature has been removed for security reasons.
