For the blends part, we plan to add that to the PTS (#703402). I
should extend that to tasks too I think.

Until then, use your favourite rdepends viewer, the aptitude curses
interface is mine.

aptitude says it doesn't have any reverse dependencies so it isn't in
any task/blend (both use metapackages).

Lucas created a script that displays a list of "important" packages,
puppet isn't on that either:
