Assuming a somewhat standard packaging, using debhelper and debian/tmp
or debian/<main-pkg>, where all upstream files get intstalled to, and
selected ones copied/moved over to their debian/<pkg> final destination.
How is this any different from packaging any new upstream release,
regardless of a split due to multiarch?
