Dear all,

I have uploaded libavg_1.7.1-1 into delayed/7 queue. After that it will
hit new, as it was previously removed.

Previously this package was removed due to being RC buggy and not used.
The maintainance of this package has been picked in Ubuntu. I am now
reintroducing this package back into Debian. All bugs are fixed ;-)
And there are ~900 users in ubuntu popcon, which suggests that this
package is still useful.

Thanks a lot OXullo for maintaining this package in Ubuntu.
Thanks a lot for Torsten for maintaining it before then.
All three of us are listed in Maintainer/Uploaders fields.
