If you're interested in packaging evaristo for Debian you should have a
look at http://wiki.debian.org/HowToPackageForDebian and file an ITP
(Intent To Package) [0].
If you do not wish to package evaristo, but think someone else may be
interesting in packaging it, you should file a RFP (Request For
Package) [0].
