So, before anyone else asks, UDD is currently experiencing problems.
Someone is running a script that is hammering the DB from alioth. The
script is running from cron, and there are currently 8 instances
running, bringing UDD to its knees.

I've tried to contact both DSA and Alioth admins on IRC. But it's not
really the best time of the day for that.
