I've uploaded the notes as an attachment to the scheduled event inside
Penta.  They don't currently appear on that page, so I believe something
else (possibly just an automated rebuild) is required to get them to
appear on the public page, but they should now be in the system.  (I've
also done the same for all of my other events.)
