broken upload

Below are two messages I have received after attempts to upload a new
refpolicy package. I first tried via FTP but the 3G Internet connection I'm
using gives me a 10.0.0.0/24 address with NAT that doesn't support FTP, so I
ended up with a zero byte file on anonymous-ftp-master. Then I got scp
working with ftp-master which allows me to upload all the files but then
doesn't process them.

Apart from doing another package build with version -2 what can I do to solve
this?

Please fix the problems for the upload to happen.
