Disk usage was about 100-150 gigabyte. Re-indexing is taxing. I updated
the site weekly and re-indexing easily took 5+ hours, using several
gigabytes of RAM and obviously being quite I/O intensive. (I guess it
would be much happier if it could keep the entire 20gb index in RAM.)

The web service part is pretty light and didn't really have an impact
on the server. I haven't heavily advertised the site though, so not
many users.
