Assuming it just fails to build on one architecture, yes.  While that
might be the common case, it's certainly not uncommon for applications
or libraries to break on just one architecure.  I am not saying
source-only uploads wouldn't fix half the problem.  I am pointing out it
would not fix the whole problem or prevent this problem from happening
at all.
