This include inetutils-ping and inetutils-syslogd, which are false
positives.

For inetutils-ping it lists files having disappeared which belong to
iputils-ping, a package which Conflicts ang gets removed when installing
inetutils-ping. The log incorrectly lists /bin/ping and /bin/ping6
belonging to inetutils-ping when they should belong to iputils-ping (the
one present before the test run, and for which those files disappeared
at the end of the run, as it didn't get reinstalled).

For inetutils-syslogd, there's left over files from rsyslogd which
again Conflicts and gets removed when installing the former. And the
rest of disappearing files also from rsyslogd.

So it seems piuparts needs to get fixed to take into account packages
being removed due to Conflcits. And probably should purge those
packages which got removed, or reinstall them at the end of the run.
