And this is exactly the kind of information to proposed email
communication should contain; I didn't know that upload queues was
moved, probably it was decided/announced on on #debian-devel but I
think that is not the place for such alerts: it's way too much
high-traffic that being away 30mins will prevent to read the full
backlog.
