Yes.  However, you can get SUSv3 (which is POSIX) from
http://www.unix.org/single_unix_specification/
You can also download the entire spec as a tarball, but
I can't offhand remember the URI for that.
[SUSv2 and POSIX were merged to create SUSv3 and an
updated POSIX spec, so the current SUSv3 and POSIX are
the exact same document.]
