With the existence of heimdal-multidev, we're getting closer.  In fact,
that may be enough, although having libkrb5-multidev as well would be
good.  I need to talk about the libpam-heimdal maintainer about the
libpam-krb5 package taking it over and building both using the multidev
environment.
