That's a somewhat strange build order. I figure you use -jN for some 
N > 1 . This is known to break some upstream versions.
Please report that issue upstream (although IIRC a few similar issues
were resolved lately).

Anyway:

1. You don't seem to be using the Debian packaging (no NOISY_BUILD... )
2. There's a more specific mailing list for this case:
   http://pkg-voip.alioth.debian.org/
3. Debian is packaging 1.6.2 now, so reporting those issues directly to
   upstream may be more useful.
