That's an uncoached expert who just gave a crappy answer to that question,
since in practice that's not what User-Agent is at all.

Expert: It's a list of random product identifiers that the browser wants
to claim that it's compatible with, some of which normally refer to
products that have been dead for years in any context other than code
that looks at user agent strings.
